Joint Activity Sign-In Procedure

The activity leader must have both club’s sign-in sheets available for sign-in at the start of the activity.

If a participant is a member of both clubs, they should sign both club's sign-in sheets. 

Members of only one club should only sign in on their club's sign in sheet and NOT as a guest on the other club's sheet.

Participants who are NOT members of either club should sign-in as a “Guest” on BOTH club’s sign-in sheets.
